Mimi

Today we are having a little chat with Mimi. She is a model but she has her feet still on the ground and we had a lovely conversation.

'How did your model career begin?'

Mimi: 'Well, it began when I was still a baby, some tv commercials, my childhood was from one photoshoot to another.'

'Wasn't it hard as a child to have such a different and hectic life?'

Mimi: 'Yes, it was hard sometimes, I had often difficulties with keeping up with my model job, school and ballet classes. I often was tired, and when my schoolmarks started to drop I quit ballet and cut down with modelling untill high school was over. Now I can concentrate better as I focus only on my model career, and I hope to be playing in movies in the future so I'm taking acting lessons.'

'And how about your love life? Do you have any time for that?'

M: I hope to marry, when the time comes. I still am waiting for my Prince Charming. It is not easy to find the right guy in the fashion world.'

'How do you keep your great body, any beauty tips for our readers?'

M: Actually I'm never on a dieet, I think that it is some kind of relationship you have to have with your body. Just believe you won't gain weight and you won't. Be peaceful with yourself, and most of all be happy, and your body will be happy too.'

'As a model you wear all kind of grand brands, do you have any favorite?'

M: 'I used to wear only the big brands, but now I actually love to wear vintage and also handmade, I discovered Etsy a few months back and am totally hooked!'

'Do you go out a lot, or do you rather stay at home?'

M: 'I rather stay home, after a photo session I'm totally exhausted and just watch a movie and go to bed early. I do believe that sleep is the best medicine for the body and soul.'

'Any big plans in the near future? I read that you are thinking about quitting your modeling career?'

M: 'Well as I told you I'm taking acting lessons, I do hope to act in the near future. I will be playing a small role at the end of the year and hope that that will be just the beginning. As for quitting my job, not yet, but of course modelling is not a lifetime job so I am thinking about new things for the future, I actually started working on a fashion line but I'm still at the very beginning of that.'
